I might be mistaken, but last time I checked Costa Rica wasnt doing anything about the problems that plauge thier country. The streets, the poverty, the crime, and overall corruption that comes from lack of stepping up to problems will continue to hold this country down from becoming something better. I still cant figure out why some people here still cant get that through thier heads.

Funny, that also carries over into your regular day life also. If you dont like the holes in the street, just put some trash in it. If you dont like the 8 yr old dirty crackhead homeless kid on the street, just roll up your window. If you dont like that the TLC is coming to the country to try and help, put on ninja masks, block streets and destroy public property.

Your answers for problems is what has gotten this country in a hole that it is just digging itself deeper and deeper into.
